Join us June 11th at 1:00p for a meeting & training event for anyone who is interested in Teach Me to Fish. This is a community outreach program that is a great opportunity for the whole family.
Teach Me to Fish events take place on the 4th Saturday of the month from June through September. You do not need to be able to come to all of the events to qualify to volunteer!
Teach Me to Fish is a community outreach event sponsored by Oasis City Church and a grant from the Ohio Department of Natural Resource (ODNR) Division of Wildlife. Each child aged 4 and up who participates receives a free fishing pole, and our volunteers are on site to mentor them and help them learn how to fish!
