Details:
- Registration includes retreat sessions, Friday light hors d'oeuvres, Saturday breakfast & lunch, room accommodations and access to the beautiful lodge grounds.
- A non-refundable $50 deposit is required so we can secure our counts with the retreat location. Final payment will be due by midnight 10/22/23.
- Pricing is based on 2 people/beds per room. Participants are welcome to select their own roommate and include the name during registration. If one is not listed, room assignments will be made a couple weeks prior to the retreat.
- Carpooling is recommended. If transportation is a challenge, please reach out to our Women’s Ministry team by emailing: lynne@oasiscitychurch.com
- Check-in at Salt Fork Lodge begins at 3pm on November 3rd. Please arrive between 3-6pm for a smooth check-in.
- Purchase your long sleeve Emerge T-shirt when you register by Adding-on for only $25.
